Mr.Hu is currently a parttime professor at Renmin University of China's Suzhou International School and a member of the Financial Risk Management Global Advisory Committee.He is also an expert trustee of the Big Data Industry Alliance at Tsinghua University.He previously served as the Chief Technology Officer at the World Bank. After joining the International Data Management Association, he served as a board advisor committee member and was elected as the Vice President in 2012, responsible for data standards.Mr.Hu holds a bachelor's degree in physics and a master's degree in computer science,and completed advanced executive training in strategy, change management, finance,and treasury at Harvard Business School.

The International Institute For Advanced Data Management Study (IIADMS) is headquartered in Hong Kong, serving as a central hub from which it radiates its expertise to various overseas locations. It authorizes the Global Data Forum 50 as its representative entity to empower organizations and enterprises across multiple provinces and cities within mainland China.
GLOBAL DATA FORUM 50
The Global Data Forum 50 institution serves as the domestic authorized body of the International Institute For Advanced Data Management Study (IIADMS), upholding consistent values with the International Academy for Advanced Data Management Research. The GDF50 primarily takes responsibility for implementing domestic data research centers. So far, the forum has successively established regional research centers in East China (Zhejiang), Northwest China (Xi'an), North China (Tianjin), Central Plains (Zhengzhou), and Southwest China (Chongqing). Looking ahead, the forum will continue to drive the establishment of research centers in Hainan and Hong Kong, thereby progressively expanding the influence of both the forum and IIADMS within the country, rooting deeper, growing stronger, and developing further in the Chinese context.
