Currently, the British Research Center and Japanese Research Center have been launched and put into operation.

DATA EDUCATION
Continuously introduce translated books and publish international papers and reports, publish a large number of high-quality SCI papers internationally, and establish a human-data foundation in the future to provide funding and educational support for domestic basic data education.

FOUNDER'S PROFILE
The International Institute For Advanced Data Management Study Limited was co-founded by Mr. Hu Ben, the founding Chairman of DAMA China, Emerson Wu, General Manager of Diginova Consulting, Mr. Huan Ma, a data management expert of DAMA, and Alex Peng, Visiting Professor of Internet of Things and Sustainable Development at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. The Institute is a platform-type academic limited liability company jointly established by volunteers who are experts in data management and related businesses.

The GLOBAL DATA FORUM 50 will serve as a domestic representative institution of the International Institute for Advanced Data Management Study,
conducting various activities in China and recommending outstanding members to join the institute.

Strive to build a research and academic exchange platform composed of globally renowned scholars in the field of data economy, as well as a data and interactive ecosystem.

GLOBAL DATA FORUM 50, relying on DAMA, gathers renowned scholars and experts from both domestic and international communities.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Members of the Board of Directors include any elected, appointed, or nominated roles, and regularly attend Board meetings and/or have access to confidential information of the Board (including meeting minutes) and/or make decisions.
ELECTABLE DIRECTOR POSITIONS
Chairman, Vice Chairman of Member Services, Vice Chairman of Financial Services, Vice Chairman of Research Services, Vice Chairman of Market and Event Services.
BOARD MEETINGS
The Chairman will determine the agenda for monthly Board meetings, and the quorum for convening a Board meeting is five members.
SECRETARY
The Board of Directors may appoint and remove the Company Secretary.
MEMBERS
An individual or organization recommended by three or more researchers and approved by a two-thirds majority of the entire membership, who has the ability to contribute and share in the company's projects and activities.
MEMBERS' MEETING
Members may convene a Members' Meeting, with a quorum of two-thirds of the members jointly initiating the meeting.
